I had the oil changed and tires rotated. Service tech sent me a comprehensive video of the multi- point inspection. He suggested something I had done myself, but was glad he checked and made the suggestion. I thought the service was good and a fair price, I did have a coupon the made some difference. Arrived & found out one recall couldn’t be done. Left car for the other recall. 2 hours later they called & said recall was done previously. Shouldn’t that be in computer somewhere for reference?? Wasted trip & 2 wasted rides~ from dealership & back home. Nor was great, but wasted 4-ish hours of day

Took 2024 F150 in for air conditioner work. 5 days later they hadn’t looked at it. Took it somewhere else and it was repaired in 2 days.
Bronco died 22 miles outside of Amarillo on a Sunday evening. Towed to Messer Ford, dropped keys in a box and just hoped. JC texted me the next morning, said they had the truck and would let me know as soon as they could. Later that afternoon they figured out what happened, ordered the part and had me back on the road before they closed Tuesday night. Took a bad situation and made it ok. Thank you JC and Messer Ford.

Damien helped me out with a handicap van that was produced by ford but no longer is made. He was patient and tried to figure out the best option for my situation which was the battery. In the end he found a solution and helped me out !

I had the 21 point check up done on my 2013 Ford f250 HD. I knocked off the first thing on the list because I did not want tires moved or air adjusted. So left 19. They were suppose to check battery. Both of these were ordered by the two coupons I gave them.
Over an hour and half later, I saw I got the email say truck was ready. Tried to watch video on email but link didn't work of the mechanic do the checks on the upper area of the truck or the actual oilchange.

Jeremy went above and beyond during my oil change visit. He called me an Uber because the shuttle driver was occupied and even dropped off my car at my house!! Jermey is very amiable!
Service mechanic done a very poor job went in for service light on and took 4 months to work on the and still didn't fix the problem. My car got damaged while it was getting worked on. Scratched my fenders damaged my louvers and still charged me $2'200.00 to get my car out. Scratched my polished aluminum dress up that I added on. Not satisfied at all very poor work from mechanic that worked on my car. I give him a zero star in my books. Cut up my new wiring harness no need for that. Still very unhappy with the ... Very poor service in sales and repair departments. Would not quote me used vehicles or get me a price on my tradin. Said it would be 30 days before they could get my warranty part. I asked why I was not told of this at my time of appointment. I gave them the recall number when I made the appointment. Not looking to buy from a dealership with poor sales and repair departments.
What is the point of booking appointments if you still have to wait 2.5 hours for service?

Very poor customer service from the service department when questioned about how long it would take to complete the service. The service department is very slow in responding to the customer. They act like you are bothering them and they will get to you when they feel like it. The courtesy driver for a ride home passed by me three times without offering to take me home however he did pay attention to the women customers. Felt very ignored from start to finish.
